The park authority shall award the product label provided a certification agency that is accredited for the field of application of this Ordinance under Article 14 of the Accreditation and Designation Ordinance of 17 June 1996 {note: SR 946.512} has certified compliance with the requirements for the award.

It shall award the product label for the term of certification.

If certification is revoked during this term, the park authority shall revoke the product label.

Die Parkträgerschaft verleiht das Produktelabel, wenn eine für den Anwendungsbereich dieser Verordnung nach Artikel 14 der Akkreditierungs- und Bezeichnungsverordnung vom 17. Juni 1996 {note: SR 946.512} akkreditierte Zertifizierungsstelle die Einhaltung der Voraussetzungen der Verleihung zertifiziert hat.

Sie verleiht das Produktelabel für die Dauer der Zertifizierung.

Wird während dieser Dauer die Zertifizierung widerrufen, so entzieht die Parkträgerschaft das Produktelabel.

L’organe responsable attribue le label «Produit» après qu’un organisme de certification accrédité pour le champ d’application de la présente ordonnance selon l’art. 14 de l’ordonnance du 17 juin 1996 sur l’accréditation et la désignation {note: RS 946.512} a certifié le respect des conditions d’attribution.

Il attribue le label pour la durée de la certification.

Si la certification est révoquée pendant cette période, l’organe responsable retire le label.

L’ente responsabile del parco conferisce il marchio Prodotto se un organismo di certificazione accreditato per il campo d’applicazione della presente ordinanza secondo l’articolo 14 dell’ordinanza del 17 giugno 1996 {note: RS 946.512} sull’accreditamento e sulla designazione ha certificato l’adempimento delle condizioni stabilite per il conferimento.

L’ente responsabile del parco conferisce il marchio Prodotto per la durata della certificazione.

Se durante questo periodo viene revocata la certificazione, l’ente responsabile del parco ritira il marchio Prodotto conferito.
