The ACEM may provide technical support to the Confederation and the cantons in the fulfillment of their tasks.
The support is provided in compliance with the applicable legal provisions relevant to the concerned principals and in agreement with the Federal Office of Communications.
The ACEM may acquire the technical means it requires and conduct feasibility studies, measurements, and tests.
The services provided by the ACEM are reimbursed in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance of November 8, 2006, on Fees Charged by the DDPS.
Das CEA kann Behörden des Bundes und der Kantone bei der Wahrnehmung ihrer Aufgaben technisch unterstützen.
Die UnterstĂĽtzung erfolgt nach den fĂĽr den jeweiligen Auftraggeber geltenden rechtlichen Bestimmungen und in Absprache mit dem Bundesamt fĂĽr Kommunikation.
Das CEA kann die notwendigen technischen Mittel beschaffen sowie Machbarkeitsstudien, Messungen und Versuche durchfĂĽhren.
Die Leistungen des CEA werden nach den Bestimmungen der GebĂĽhrenverordnung VBS vom 8. November 2006 {note: SR 172.045.103} vergĂĽtet.

L’appui est fourni dans le respect des dispositions légales applicables aux mandants concernés et en accord avec l’Office fédéral de la communication.
L’ACEM peut acquérir les moyens techniques dont il a besoin et procéder à des études de faisabilité, à des mesures et à des essais.
Les prestations de l’ACEM sont remboursées conformément aux dispositions de l’ordonnance du 8 novembre 2006 sur les émoluments perçus par le DDPS {note: RS 172.045.103} .
L’ACE può fornire assistenza tecnica alle autorità della Confederazione e dei Cantoni nell’adempimento dei loro compiti.
L’assistenza è fornita secondo le disposizioni legali applicabili al rispettivo mandante e d’intesa con l’Ufficio federale delle comunicazioni.
L’ACE può acquistare i mezzi tecnici necessari ed effettuare studi di fattibilità , misurazioni e prove.
Le prestazioni dell’ACE sono indennizzate secondo le disposizioni dell’ordinanza dell’8 novembre 2006 {note: RS 172.045.103} sugli emolumenti del DDPS.
