The FOAG authorizes, upon request, up to 200% of the capacity provided for in Art. 2 for the operations referred to in Arts. 10 and 12. If a facility holds multiple categories of animals, the sum of the percentages that the stocks represent relative to the concerned maximum capacities shall not exceed 200%.
