The national agency reviews the applications and submits them to SERI. The latter makes a ruling through a decision.

If the requested contributions exceed the available resources, the applications are considered according to the following criteria and in the order listed below: a. the contribution of the various cooperation projects to the development of the Swiss education system and its actors in the international context, taking into account the geographical framework defined in Art. 2; b. the usefulness of the cooperation project for the specific needs of a particular field of education; c. the extent to which the concerned institution or organization has the right to make profits, with priority given to non-profit institutions and organizations.

Contributions are granted for a maximum of four years. An application may be submitted again at the end of the project's duration.

Die nationale Agentur prüft die Gesuche und legt sie dem SBFI zum Entscheid vor. Dieses entscheidet in Form einer Verfügung.

Übersteigen die beantragten Beiträge die verfügbaren Mittel, so werden die Gesuche gemäss den folgenden Kriterien in der nachstehenden Reihenfolge berücksichtigt: a. Beitrag einzelner Kooperationsprojekte zur Weiterentwicklung des Schweizer Bildungssystems und seiner Akteure im internationalen Kontext unter Berücksichtigung des geografischen Rahmens nach Artikel 2; b. Nutzen des einzelnen Kooperationsprojekts für die spezifischen Bedürfnisse eines bestimmten Bildungsbereichs; c. Grad der Kommerzialisierung der Institution oder Organisation, wobei nichtkommerzielle Institutionen und Organisationen priorisiert werden.

Die Beiträge werden für höchstens vier Jahre gewährt. Nach Ablauf der Projektdauer kann erneut ein Gesuch gestellt werden.

Si les contributions demandées dépassent les moyens disponibles, les demandes sont prises en compte conformément aux critères ci-après et dans l’ordre indiqué ci-dessous: a. l’apport des différents projets de coopération au développement du système suisse de formation et de ses acteurs dans le contexte international, compte tenu du cadre géographique défini à l’art. 2; b. l’utilité du projet de coopération pour les besoins spécifiques d’un domaine de formation en particulier; c. la mesure dans laquelle l’institution ou l’organisation concernée a le droit de faire des bénéfices, les institutions et organisations à but non lucratif ayant la priorité.

Les contributions sont octroyées pour quatre ans au plus. Une demande peut à nouveau être déposée au terme de la durée du projet.

Se i sussidi chiesti superano i fondi disponibili, le domande sono considerate secondo i criteri seguenti nell’ordine indicato qui di seguito: a. il contributo dei singoli progetti di cooperazione all’ulteriore sviluppo del sistema formativo svizzero e dei suoi attori nel contesto internazionale, tenendo conto del quadro geografico stabilito secondo l’articolo 2; b. l’utilità del progetto di cooperazione per le esigenze specifiche di un determinato ambito formativo; c. il carattere lucrativo dell’istituzione o dell’organizzazione, con priorità a istituzioni e organizzazioni a scopo non lucrativo.

I sussidi sono concessi per quattro anni al massimo. Al termine della durata del progetto può essere presentata una nuova domanda.
