The Director of the Investigation Bureau has the following tasks: a. he or she draws up the principles for the STSB’s decisions and reports to the STSB regularly on the activities of the Investigation Bureau, and immediately in the event of special circumstances; b. he or she carries out the tasks not assigned to another body.

Die Leitung des Untersuchungsdienstes hat folgende Aufgaben: a. Sie erarbeitet die Grundlagen für Entscheide der SUST und berichtet ihr regelmässig über die Tätigkeiten des Untersuchungsdienstes, bei besonderen Vorkommnissen ohne Verzug. b. Sie erfüllt alle Aufgaben, die nicht einer anderen Stelle zugewiesen sind.

Il incombe à la direction du bureau d’enquête: a. de préparer les documents nécessaires aux décisions du SESE et de faire régulièrement rapport à ce dernier des activités du bureau d’enquête, sans délai lorsque des circonstances particulières le justifient; b. de remplir toutes les tâches qui ne sont pas confiées à un autre organe.

La direzione dell’ufficio d’inchiesta ha i seguenti compiti: a. prepara le basi per le decisioni del SISI e informa quest’ultimo regolarmente sulle attività dell’ufficio d’inchiesta; lo informa senza indugio sugli eventi particolari; b. svolge tutti i compiti che non sono affidati a un altro organo.
