The FIS shall notify the responsible agencies in the Armed Forces Intelligence Service and the Military Security Service about events that affect the tasks that they carry out.

It may work with the responsible agencies of the Armed Forces in relation to international military contacts, request them for information and issue them with assignments related to international cooperation.

The Federal Council shall regulate: a. the cooperation and exchange of information between the FIS and the responsible agencies of the Armed Forces Intelligence Service; b. the division of tasks between the FIS and the Military Security Service during peace support or civil support operations or active service.

Der NDB informiert die zuständigen Stellen des Nachrichtendienstes der Armee und des Dienstes für militärische Sicherheit über Vorgänge, die deren Aufgabenvollzug betreffen.

Er kann im Bereich der internationalen militärischen Kontakte mit den zuständigen Stellen der Armee zusammenarbeiten, diese um Auskunft ersuchen und ihnen Aufträge für die internationale Zusammenarbeit erteilen.

Der Bundesrat regelt: a. die Zusammenarbeit und den Informationsaustausch zwischen dem NDB und den zuständigen Stellen des Nachrichtendienstes der Armee; b. die Aufgabenteilung zwischen dem NDB und dem Dienst für militärische Sicherheit während eines Friedensförderungs-, Assistenz- oder Aktivdienstes.

Le SRC informe les unités compétentes du Service de renseignement de l’armée et du service de sécurité militaire des événements susceptibles d’avoir une incidence sur l’exécution de leurs tâches.

Il peut collaborer dans le domaine des contacts militaires internationaux avec les services compétents de l’armée, leur demander des informations et leur confier des mandats en matière de coopération internationale.

Le Conseil fédéral règle: a. la collaboration et l’échange d’informations entre le SRC et le Service de renseignement de l’armée; b. la répartition des tâches entre le SRC et le service de sécurité militaire pendant un service de promotion de la paix, un service d’appui ou un service actif.

Il SIC informa le unità competenti del Servizio informazioni dell’esercito e del servizio di sicurezza militare in merito ai fatti che possono incidere sull’esecuzione dei loro compiti.

Nell’ambito dei contatti militari internazionali il SIC può collaborare con i servizi competenti dell’esercito, richiedere loro informazioni e assegnare loro mandati in materia di collaborazione internazionale.

Il Consiglio federale disciplina: a. la collaborazione e lo scambio di informazioni tra il SIC e le unità competenti del Servizio informazioni dell’esercito; b. la ripartizione dei compiti tra il SIC e il servizio di sicurezza militare durante un servizio di promovimento della pace, un servizio d’appoggio o un servizio attivo.
