The administrative unit shall inform the staff and the organizations representing them sufficiently early, completely, and transparently, about restructuring or reorganization and the measures under consideration.

Individuals at risk of no longer being able to work within the administrative unit that employs them must be informed of the situation no later than six months before a potential dismissal.
