To address extraordinary tasks or transportation needs, the troops may, in any situation, request civilian resources provided that: a. the means allocated are insufficient for the execution of the mission or are inadequate; b. the additional necessary resources are not available within the troop's own corps or in the short-term allocated reserves of the Confederation; c. the DDPS military transport coordination center has no available capacity, and d. a mission cannot be completed using public transportation means.

The establishment of the budget, the allocation of credits, the management, and the use of civilian vehicles are agreed upon with the BLA.

Die Truppe kann zur Bewältigung von Transport- und Arbeitsbedarfsspitzen in allen Lagen zivile Ressourcen anfordern, sofern: a. die fest zugeteilten eigenen Mittel für den Auftrag nicht ausreichen oder nicht geeignet sind; b. die über die Zuteilung hinaus benötigten Mittel weder beim eigenen Truppenkörper noch durch die kurzfristige Zuteilung zusätzlicher Mittel aus Bundesbeständen beschafft werden können; c. der Transport-Service des VBS keine Kapazitäten zur Verfügung stellt; und d. ein Auftrag nicht mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erfüllt werden kann.

Die Budgetierung, Kreditzuteilung und Disposition für den Einsatz ziviler Fahrzeuge erfolgt in Absprache mit der LBA.

Pour faire face à des travaux ou à des transports extraordinaires, la troupe peut, en toute situation, demander des ressources civiles à condition: a. que les moyens attribués ne suffisent pas pour l’exécution de la mission ou qu’ils soient inadaptés; b. que les moyens nécessaires supplémentaires ne soient pas disponibles dans le propre corps de troupe ou dans les réserves de la Confédération attribuées à court terme; c. que la centrale de coordination des transports militaires du DDPS ne dispose d’aucune capacité, et d. qu’une mission ne puisse être effectuée en recourant aux moyens de transport publics.

L’établissement du budget, la répartition des crédits, la gestion et l’emploi de véhicules civils sont convenus avec la BLA.

Per far fronte a grandi moli di trasporti e lavori, in tutte le situazioni la truppa può chiedere risorse civili, sempre che: a. i mezzi propri attribuiti stabilmente non siano sufficienti all’adempimento del compito o non siano adeguati; b. i mezzi necessari oltre a quelli attribuiti non siano reperibili né presso il proprio corpo di truppa né mediante attribuzione a breve termine di mezzi supplementari provenienti da riserve della Confederazione; c. la centrale di coordinamento dei trasporti del DDPS non possa mettere a disposizione alcuna capacità; e d. un compito non possa essere adempiuto ricorrendo a mezzi di trasporto pubblici.

L’allestimento del bilancio di previsione, l’attribuzione dei crediti e la disposizione per l’impiego di veicoli civili avviene d’intesa con la BLEs.
