The FOT withdraws the driver's certificate when the road transport company: a. no longer meets the conditions of Art. 9, or b. has provided false information concerning important facts for the issuance of the certificate.

In the case of serious violations or repeated minor violations of the applicable provisions, the FOT may refuse to issue the certificate or issue it under certain conditions.

Das BAV entzieht die Fahrerbescheinigung, wenn das Strassentransportunternehmen: a. die Voraussetzungen nach Artikel 9 nicht mehr erfüllt; oder b. zu Tatsachen, die für die Erteilung der Fahrerbescheinigung erheblich waren, unrichtige Angaben gemacht hat.

Bei schweren und bei wiederholten leichten Verstössen gegen die einschlägigen Bestimmungen kann die Ausstellung von Fahrerbescheinigungen verweigert werden oder es können Auflagen für die Ausstellung von Fahrerbescheinigungen gemacht werden.

En cas d’infractions graves ou d’infractions légères répétées aux dispositions applicables, l’OFT peut refuser de délivrer l’attestation ou la délivrer à certaines conditions.

In caso di infrazioni gravi o di infrazioni lievi e ripetute delle pertinenti disposizioni, l’UFT può negare il rilascio degli attestati di conducente o fissare condizioni per il loro rilascio.
