If enzymes and enzyme preparations not intended for direct sale to consumers are placed on the market separately or mixed with other enzymes, enzyme preparations, or other food ingredients, the following information must appear on the packaging or container, in addition to the information provided under Art. 3, para. 1, lett. e to g, k, and p, FDHA Ordinance on Food Information (OIDAl): a. the established name for each food enzyme or a sales description containing the name of each food enzyme, or, in the absence of such a name, the approved name listed in the IUBMB nomenclature; b. either the indication "for foodstuffs", "for foodstuffs, limited use", or a more precise indication of the intended food use of the enzyme; c. the maximum concentration of each component or group of components subject to quantitative limitation in foodstuffs; where the maximum concentration applies to a group of components used separately or in combination, the combined percentage may be indicated by a single figure; a quantitative limitation is expressed either numerically or "in accordance with GMP"; d. information formulated clearly and understandably, allowing the purchaser to comply with the provisions on food enzymes; e. the activity of the food enzymes; f. a list of all their ingredients and components in descending order of their weight percentage; g. if applicable, the information referred to in Art. 11 OIDAl on food enzymes or other substances to which this article refers.

The information referred to in para. 1, lett. c, d, and f, and that prescribed in Art. 3, para. 1, lett. f, g, k, and p, OIDAl, may appear solely on the accompanying documents, which must be presented before or at the time of delivery, provided the mention "not intended for retail sale" is visible on the packaging or container of the product in question.

If the delivery of enzymes and enzyme preparations is carried out in tank trucks, it is sufficient for the required information in para. 1 to be mentioned in the accompanying documents, which must be presented at the time of delivery.

Werden Lebensmittelenzyme und Lebensmittelenzym-Zubereitungen, die nicht für die Abgabe an Konsumentinnen und Konsumenten bestimmt sind, einzeln oder gemischt mit anderen Lebensmittelenzymen, Lebensmittelenzym-Zubereitungen oder anderen Lebensmittelzutaten in den Verkehr gebracht, so müssen auf der Verpackung oder dem Behältnis zusätzlich zu den Angaben nach Artikel 3 Absatz 1 Buchstaben e–g, k und p LIV {note: SR 817.022.16} folgende Angaben angebracht werden: a. die Bezeichnung der einzelnen Lebensmittelenzyme, eine Handelsbezeichnung, die die Bezeichnung der einzelnen Lebensmittelenzyme enthält, oder falls eine solche Bezeichnung fehlt, die allgemein akzeptierte Bezeichnung nach der Nomenklatur der Internationalen Vereinigung für Biochemie und Molekularbiologie {note: Die Nomenklatur kann bei der Internationalen Vereinigung für Biochemie und Molekularbiologie (International Union of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, IUBMB) unter www.iubmb.org abgerufen werden.} ; b. die Angabe «für Lebensmittel», die Angabe «für Lebensmittel, begrenzte Verwendung» oder einen genaueren Hinweis auf die vorgesehene Verwendung in Lebensmitteln; c. die Höchstkonzentration der einzelnen Bestandteile oder der einzelnen Gruppen von Bestandteilen, die einer mengenmässigen Begrenzung in Lebensmitteln unterliegen; gilt die Höchstkonzentration für eine Gruppe von Bestandteilen, die einzeln oder gemeinsam verwendet werden, so kann der gemeinsame Prozentsatz als ein einziger Wert angegeben werden; die mengenmässige Begrenzung wird entweder zahlenmässig oder «gemäss GHP» ausgedrückt; d. Angaben in klarer und leicht verständlicher Formulierung, die es der Erwerberin oder dem Erwerber ermöglichen, die Bestimmungen bezüglich der Lebensmittelenzyme einzuhalten; e. die Aktivitäten der Lebensmittelenzyme; f. eine Liste aller Zutaten und Bestandteile in absteigender Reihenfolge ihres Anteils am Gesamtgewicht; g. gegebenenfalls Angaben nach Artikel 11 LIV über Lebensmittelenzyme oder sonstige Stoffe, auf die in diesem Artikel Bezug genommen wird.

Es genügt, wenn die Angaben nach Absatz 1 Buchstaben c, d und f und nach Artikel 3 Absatz 1 Buchstaben f, g, k und p LIV in den vor oder bei der Lieferung vorzulegenden Warenbegleitpapieren enthalten sind, sofern die Angabe «nicht für den Verkauf im Einzelhandel» auf der Verpackung oder dem Behältnis des betreffenden Erzeugnisses an gut sichtbarer Stelle angebracht ist.

Bei der Lieferung von Enzymen und Lebensmittelenzym-Zubereitungen in Tankwagen genügt es, wenn die Angaben nach Absatz 1 in den bei der Lieferung vorzulegenden Warenbegleitpapieren aufgeführt sind.

Si les enzymes et les préparations d’enzymes alimentaires qui ne sont pas destinées à être remises comme telles aux consommateurs sont mises sur le marché séparément ou mélangées à d’autres enzymes, à des préparations d’enzymes alimentaires ou à d’autres ingrédients alimentaires, les informations suivantes doivent figurer sur l’emballage ou le récipient, en plus des informations prévues à l’art. 3, al. 1, let. e à g, k et p, OIDAl {note: RS 817.022.16} : a. le nom établi pour chaque enzyme alimentaire ou une dénomination de vente comprenant le nom de chaque enzyme alimentaire ou, à défaut d’un tel nom, le nom agréé figurant dans la nomenclature de l’IUBMB {note: La dénomination peut être trouvée sur le site Internet de l’Union internationale de biochimie et de biologie moléculaire ( International Union of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, IUBMB) à l’adresse www.iubmb.org.} ; b. soit la mention «pour denrées alimentaires», soit la mention «pour denrées alimentaires, utilisation limitée», soit une indication plus précise de l’usage alimentaire auquel l’enzyme est destinée; c. la concentration maximale de chaque composant ou groupe de composants soumis à une limitation quantitative dans les denrées alimentaires; au cas où la concentration maximale s’appliquerait à un groupe de composants utilisés séparément ou en combinaison, le pourcentage combiné peut être indiqué par un seul chiffre; une limitation quantitative est exprimée soit numériquement, soit «conformément aux BPF»; d. des informations formulées de manière claire et facilement compréhensible, qui permettent à l’acquéreur de respecter les dispositions relatives aux enzymes alimentaires; e. l’activité des enzymes alimentaires; f. une liste de tous leurs ingrédients et composants dans l’ordre décroissant de leur pourcentage pondéral; g. le cas échéant, les informations visées à l’art. 11 OIDAl sur les enzymes alimentaires ou d’autres substances auxquelles cet article se réfère.

Les informations visées à l’al. 1, let. c, d et f, et celles prescrites à l’art. 3, al. 1, let. f, g, k et p, OIDAl peuvent figurer uniquement sur les documents accompagnant la marchandise, qui doivent être présentés avant ou au moment de la livraison, à condition que la mention «non destiné à la vente au détail» apparaisse en un endroit bien visible de l’emballage ou du récipient du produit en question.

Si la livraison d’enzymes et de préparations d’enzymes alimentaires est effectuée en camions-citernes, il suffit que les informations exigées à l’al. 1 soient mentionnées sur les documents accompagnant la marchandise, qui doivent être présentés au moment de la livraison.

Se gli enzimi alimentari e i preparati di enzimi alimentari non destinati a essere consegnati ai consumatori sono immessi in commercio singolarmente o in commistione con altri enzimi alimentari, preparati di enzimi alimentari o altri ingredienti alimentari, la confezione o il contenitore deve esibire, oltre alle indicazioni di cui allʼarticolo 3 capoverso 1 lettere e–g, k e p OID {note: RS 817.022.16} , le seguenti informazioni: a. la denominazione dei singoli enzimi alimentari, una denominazione commerciale che contenga la denominazione dei singoli enzimi alimentari o, in assenza di tale denominazione, la denominazione generalmente accettata in base alla nomenclatura dell’Unione internazionale di biochimica e biologia molecolare {note: La nomenclatura è reperibile in Internet presso l’Unione internazionale di biochimica e biologia molecolare (International Union of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, IUBMB) all’indirizzo www.iubmb.org.} ; b. la dicitura «per uso alimentare», la dicitura «per uso alimentare limitato» o unʼindicazione più precisa riguardante lʼimpiego alimentare previsto; c. la concentrazione massima dei singoli componenti o dei singoli gruppi di componenti che sono soggetti a una limitazione quantitativa nelle derrate alimentari; se la concentrazione massima vale per un gruppo di componenti che vengono utilizzati singolarmente o insieme, la percentuale comune può essere indicata come un unico valore; la limitazione quantitativa va espressa in cifre o «secondo la BPF»; d. indicazioni formulate in modo chiaro e facilmente comprensibile che consentano all’acquirente di rispettare le disposizioni in materia di enzimi alimentari; e. le attività degli enzimi alimentari; f. un elenco di tutti gli ingredienti e componenti nell’ordine decrescente della rispettiva quota percentuale rispetto al peso totale; g. se del caso, indicazioni di cui all’articolo 11 OID riguardanti gli enzimi alimentari o altre sostanze cui si fa riferimento in questo articolo.

È sufficiente che le informazioni di cui al capoverso 1 lettere c, d ed f e di cui all’articolo 3 capoverso 1 lettere f, g, k, e p OID siano contenute nei documenti di accompagnamento della merce da esibire allʼatto della consegna, purché sulla confezione o sul contenitore del prodotto interessato sia apposta in un punto ben visibile l’indicazione «non destinato alla vendita al dettaglio».

In caso di trasporto di enzimi alimentari e preparati di enzimi alimentari in cisterne, è sufficiente che le indicazioni di cui al capoverso 1 siano riportate nei documenti di accompagnamento della merce da esibire allʼatto della fornitura.
