In the following events, CENAL assumes the tasks listed in the following acts: a. in the event of flooding due to a dam break or the overflow of dam waters, the tasks provided for by the Ordinance of October 17, 2012 on the accumulation structures; b. in the event of danger due to the failure of communication technology, the tasks provided for by the Ordinance of March 9, 2007 on telecommunication services; c. in the event of danger due to a nationally significant event concerning the protection of the population, the tasks provided for by the Ordinance of March 2, 2018 on the Federal Staff for Population Protection.

Bei den folgenden Ereignissen nimmt die NAZ die in den nachstehenden Erlassen aufgeführten Aufgaben wahr: a. Überflutung infolge eines Bruchs oder Überschwappens des Absperrbauwerks einer Stauanlage: nach der Stauanlagenverordnung vom 17. Oktober 2012 {note: SR 721.101.1} ; b. Ausfall von Kommunikationstechnologie: nach der Verordnung vom 9. März 2007 {note: SR 784.101.1} über die Fernmeldedienste; c. bevölkerungsschutzrelevantes Ereignis von nationaler Tragweite: nach der Verordnung vom 2. März 2018 {note: SR 520.17} über den Bundesstab Bevölkerungsschutz.

Lors des événements suivants, la CENAL assume les tâches énumérées dans les actes ci-après: a. en cas d’inondation due à une rupture de barrage ou au débordement des eaux d’un barrage, les tâches prévues par l’ordonnance du 17 octobre 2012 sur les ouvrages d’accumulation {note: RS 721.101.1} ; b. en cas de danger dû à la défaillance d’une technologie de la communication, les tâches prévues par l’ordonnance du 9 mars 2007 sur les services de télécommunication {note: RS 784.101.1} ; c. en cas de danger dû à un événement de portée nationale concernant la protection de la population, les tâches prévues par l’ordonnance du 2 mars 2018 sur l’État-major fédéral Protection de la population {note: RS 520.17} .

La CENAL assume i compiti indicati nei rispettivi atti normativi in caso di pericoli dovuti ai seguenti eventi: a. inondazione in seguito alla rottura o allo straripamento dell’opera di sbarramento di un impianto di accumulazione: i compiti previsti dall’ordinanza del 17 ottobre 2012 {note: RS 721.101.1} sugli impianti di accumulazione; b. guasto tecnico al sistema di comunicazione: i compiti previsti dall’ordinanza del 9 marzo 2007 {note: RS 784.101.1} sui servizi di telecomunicazione; c. evento di portata nazionale rilevante per la protezione della popolazione: i compiti previsti dall’ordinanza del 2 marzo 2018 {note: RS 520.17} sullo Stato maggiore federale Protezione della popolazione.
