The registered owner and, if registered, the operator of the aircraft must report in writing to the FOCA within ten days any modification of the conditions mentioned in Articles 4 to 7. The registration certificate and the airworthiness certificate must be attached to this notification.

Il proprietario iscritto e, se è iscritto, l’utente dell’aeromobile debbono annunciare per scritto all’UFAC, entro dieci giorni, ogni modificazione delle condizioni menzionate negli articoli 4 a 7.
