The Federal Documentation Conference (FDC) is the coordinating authority of the Federal Administration for the specialised areas of information and documentation in accordance with Article 55 of the Government and Administration Organisation Act of 21 March 1997. It serves in particular to: a. lend technical support to the BiG; b. initiate joint projects in the specialised areas; c. regularly share information.
The FDC consists of: a. the head of the BiG as chair of the FDC; b. one representative from each department and from the Federal Chancellery.
One representative from each of the following may participate in a consultative capacity at the meetings of the FDC: a. the Swiss National Library; b. the Parliamentary Services; c. other interested administrative units.
The BiG runs the Secretariat of the FDC.
Die Dokumentationskonferenz Bund (DKB) ist das Koordinationsorgan der Bundesverwaltung in den Fachbereichen Information und Dokumentation nach Artikel 55 des Regierungs- und Verwaltungsorganisationsgesetzes vom 21. März 1997. Sie dient insbesondere: a. der fachlichen Unterstützung der BiG; b. der Initiierung gemeinsamer Vorhaben in den Fachbereichen; c. dem regelmässigen Informationsaustausch.
Die DKB setzt sich zusammen aus: a. der Leiterin oder dem Leiter der BiG als Vorsitzender oder Vorsitzendem der DKB; b. je einer Vertreterin oder einem Vertreter der Departemente und der Bundeskanzlei.
Mit beratender Stimme können an den Sitzungen der DKB je eine Vertreterin oder ein Vertreter teilnehmen: a. der Schweizerischen Nationalbibliothek; b. der Parlamentsdienste; c. weiterer interessierter Verwaltungseinheiten.
Die BiG fĂĽhrt das Sekretariat der DKB.
La Conférence de documentation de la Confédération (CDC) est l’organe de coordination de l’administration fédérale dans les domaines spécialisés de l’information et de la documentation, conformément à l’art. 55 de la loi du 21 mars 1997 sur l’organisation du gouvernement et de l’administration. Elle sert notamment à : a. apporter un soutien technique à la BiG; b. lancer des projets communs dans les domaines spécialisés; c. assurer un échange régulier d’informations.
La CDC est composée: a. du responsable de la BiG, qui assure la présidence de la CDC; b. d’un représentant de chaque département et de la Chancellerie fédérale.
Peuvent participer aux séances de la CDC avec voix consultative un représentant: a. de la Bibliothèque nationale suisse; b. des Services du Parlement; c. d’autres unités administratives intéressées.
La BiG assure le secrétariat de la CDC.
La Conferenza di documentazione della Confederazione (CDC) è l’organo di coordinamento dell’Amministrazione federale negli ambiti specialistici dell’informazione e della documentazione secondo l’articolo 55 della legge del 21 marzo 1997 sull’organizzazione del Governo e dell’Amministrazione. Essa serve segnatamente a: a. fornire assistenza specialistica alla BiG; b. avviare progetti comuni negli ambiti specialistici; c. garantire uno scambio regolare di informazioni.
La CDC si compone: a. del capo della BiG quale presidente della CDC; b. di un rappresentante di ciascun dipartimento e della Cancelleria federale.
Possono partecipare con voto consultivo alle sedute della CDC: a. un rappresentante della Biblioteca nazionale svizzera; b. un rappresentante dei Servizi del Parlamento; c. un rappresentante di altre unitĂ amministrative interessate.
La BiG gestisce la segreteria della CDC.
