This ordinance governs the procedure for the approval of plans for constructions and installations, including high voltage and low voltage installations, which are used exclusively or predominantly for the operation of the railway (railway installations).

The requirements applicable to vehicle plans and the procedure for approval of these plans are governed by the Ordinance of 23 November 1983 on Railways (OCF), the implementing provisions of the OCF of 15 December 1983 (DE OCF), and, subsidiarily, by this ordinance.

The procedure for the approval of plans for railway installations applies by analogy to the determination of reserved areas and alignments.

Diese Verordnung regelt das Plangenehmigungsverfahren für Bauten und Anlagen, einschliesslich der Stark- oder Schwachstromanlagen, die ganz oder überwiegend dem Betrieb einer Eisenbahn dienen (Eisenbahnanlagen). {note: Fassung gemäss Anhang Ziff. 5 der V vom 9. Die Anforderungen an die Planvorlagen für Fahrzeuge und das Verfahren zu ihrer Genehmigung richten sich nach der Eisenbahnverordnung vom 23. November 1983 {note: SR 742.141.1} (EBV), den Ausführungsbestimmungen vom 15. Dezember 1983 zur EBV (AB-EBV) und subsidiär nach vorliegender Verordnung.

Das Plangenehmigungsverfahren für Eisenbahnanlagen ist für die Festlegung von Projektierungszonen und Baulinien sinngemäss anwendbar.

I requisiti concernenti i progetti dei veicoli e la procedura per la loro approvazione sono disciplinati dall’ordinanza del 23 novembre 1983 {note: RS 742.141.1} sulle ferrovie (Oferr), dalle disposizioni d’esecuzione dell’Oferr del 15 dicembre 1983 (DE-Oferr) e, a titolo sussidiario, dalla presente ordinanza.

La procedura d’approvazione dei piani di impianti ferroviari si applica per analogia alla determinazione delle zone riservate e degli allineamenti.
