Financial support may be granted in the agri-food sector for the following projects: a. the development of standards for the production of agricultural goods (production standards) as well as their establishment in the relevant supply chain or among the concerned producers; b. the introduction of new business models; c. the realization of new project ideas, including the development of prototypes; d. preliminary studies for the projects mentioned in letters a to c.

Financial support is only granted if the project meets the requirements set out in Art. 3, 4, or 5 and: a. is market-oriented; b. generates additional value-added for agriculture in the short or medium term; c. strengthens the long-term competitiveness of a sector within the Swiss agri-food industry or among the concerned producers; d. improves the sustainability of products or processes; e. has no adverse effects on other aspects of the quality and sustainability of products and processes; f. primarily benefits the agri-food sector, and g. is managed by a responsible organization within which producers are widely represented.

Für die folgenden Vorhaben in der Land- und Ernährungswirtschaft können Finanzhilfen gewährt werden: a. Entwicklung von Standards für die Produktion von landwirtschaftlichen Erzeugnissen (Produktionsstandards) sowie für deren Etablierung in der betreffenden Branche oder bei den betreffenden Produzentinnen und Produzenten; b. Einführung neuer Geschäftsmodelle; c. Realisierung neuer Projektideen, einschliesslich der Entwicklung von Prototypen; d. Vorabklärungen für Vorhaben nach den Buchstaben a–c.

Die Finanzhilfen werden nur gewährt, wenn das Vorhaben die Anforderungen nach Artikel 3, 4 beziehungsweise 5 erfüllt und: a. auf die Bedürfnisse des Marktes ausgerichtet ist; b. kurz- oder mittelfristig zusätzliche Wertschöpfung für die Landwirtschaft generiert; c. die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit einer Branche der schweizerischen Land- und Ernährungswirtschaft oder der beteiligten Produzentinnen und Produzenten langfristig stärkt; d. die Nachhaltigkeit von Produkten oder Prozessen verbessert; e. keine negativen Nebeneffekte auf andere Aspekte der Qualität und Nachhaltigkeit von Produkten und Prozessen hat; f. in erster Linie der Land- und Ernährungswirtschaft zugutekommt; und g. von einer Trägerschaft getragen wird, in der die Produzentinnen und Produzenten massgeblich vertreten sind.

Des aides financières peuvent être octroyées dans le secteur agroalimentaire pour les projets suivants: a. l’élaboration de normes pour la production de denrées agricoles (normes de production) ainsi que pour leur établissement dans la filière concernée ou auprès des producteurs concernés; b. l’introduction de nouveaux modèles d’affaires; c. la réalisation de nouvelles idées de projets, y compris la mise au point de prototypes; d. des études préliminaires pour les projets visés aux let. a à c.

Les aides financières ne sont octroyées que si le projet satisfait aux exigences visées aux art. 3, 4, ou 5 et: a. est axé sur les besoins du marché; b. génère à court ou moyen terme une valeur ajoutée supplémentaire pour l’agriculture; c. renforce à long terme la compétitivité d’une filière du secteur agroalimentaire suisse ou des producteurs concernés; d. améliore la durabilité de produits ou de processus; e. n’a pas d’effets négatifs sur d’autres aspects de la qualité et de la durabilité de produits et de processus; f. bénéficie en premier lieu au secteur agroalimentaire, et g. est pris en charge par un organisme responsable au sein duquel les producteurs sont largement représentés.

Per i seguenti progetti nell’agricoltura e nella filiera alimentare possono essere concessi aiuti finanziari: a. sviluppo di standard per la produzione di prodotti agricoli (standard di produzione) e rispettivo consolidamento nella categoria interessata o tra i produttori interessati; b. introduzione di nuovi modelli d’affari; c. realizzazione di nuove idee di progetto, incluso lo sviluppo di prototipi; d. accertamenti preliminari per progetti di cui alle lettere a–c.

Gli aiuti finanziari sono concessi soltanto se il progetto adempie le condizioni di cui agli articoli 3, 4 e 5 e: a. è orientato alle esigenze del mercato; b. genera a breve o medio termine un valore aggiunto supplementare per l’agricoltura; c. rafforza a lungo termine la competitività di una categoria dell’agricoltura e della filiera alimentare svizzere o dei produttori coinvolti; d. accresce la sostenibilità dei prodotti o dei processi; e. non ha effetti collaterali negativi su altri aspetti della qualità e della sostenibilità dei prodotti e dei processi; f. giova in primo luogo all’agricoltura e alla filiera alimentare; e g. è realizzato da un ente promotore nel quale i produttori sono rappresentati in misura determinante.
