The permit under this ordinance authorizes its holder to professionally or commercially use plant protection products as defined in Art. 4, para. 1, let. e, of the Chemicals Act of 15 December 2000 for maintaining a. railway infrastructure, military grounds, and sports fields; b. the environment of residential or service buildings as well as commercial, industrial, or public buildings.

It also authorizes the holder to supervise other persons in activities mentioned in para. 1.

Persons who do not hold a permit may only use plant protection products on behalf of third parties if they are supervised or have been instructed on-site by the holder of a permit.

Eine Fachbewilligung nach dieser Verordnung berechtigt zur beruflichen und gewerblichen Verwendung von Pflanzenschutzmitteln nach Artikel 4 Absatz 1 Buchstabe e des Chemikaliengesetzes vom 15. Dezember 2000 {note: SR 813.1} beim Unterhalt: a. von Bahn-, Militär- und Sportanlagen; b. der Umgebung von Wohn-, Dienstleistungs-, Gewerbe-, Industrie- und öffentlichen Bauten.

Sie berechtigt überdies, andere Personen bei Tätigkeiten nach Absatz 1 anzuleiten.

Im Auftrag Dritter dürfen Personen, die keine Fachbewilligung besitzen, Pflanzenschutzmittel nur verwenden, wenn sie vor Ort von einer Inhaberin oder einem Inhaber einer Fachbewilligung angeleitet worden sind oder angeleitet werden.

Le permis au sens de la présente ordonnance autorise son titulaire à employer, à titre professionnel ou commercial, des produits phytosanitaires au sens de l’art. 4, al. 1, let. e, de la loi du 15 décembre 2000 sur les produits chimiques {note: RS 813.1} , pour l’entretien a. des infrastructures ferroviaires, des terrains militaires et des places de sport; b. de l’environnement d’immeubles d’habitation ou de services ainsi que de bâtiments commerciaux, industriels ou publics.

Il l’autorise également à diriger d’autres personnes lors d’activités au sens de l’al. 1.

Les personnes qui ne disposent pas de permis ne peuvent employer des produits phytosanitaires sur mandat de tiers que si elles sont dirigées ou ont été instruites sur place par le titulaire d’un permis.

Un’autorizzazione speciale secondo la presente ordinanza consente l’impiego professionale e commerciale di prodotti fitosanitari secondo l’articolo 4 capoverso 1 lettera e della legge del 15 dicembre 2000 {note: 2 RS 813.1} 2 sui prodotti chimici nell’ambito della manutenzione di: a. impianti ferroviari, militari e sportivi; b. aree circostanti edifici residenziali, del terziario, commerciali, industriali e pubblici.

L’autorizzazione speciale consente inoltre di impartire istruzioni ad altre persone nell’ambito delle attività di cui al capoverso 1.

Su incarico di terzi, le persone che non possiedono un’autorizzazione speciale possono impiegare prodotti fitosanitari soltanto se sono o sono state istruite sul posto da un titolare di un’autorizzazione speciale.
