The purpose of this law is to set the following objectives in accordance with the Climate Agreement of December 12, 2015: a. reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and the use of negative emission technologies; b. adaptation and protection against the effects of climate change; c. alignment of financial flows to make them compatible with low-emission, climate-resilient development.

La présente loi vise à fixer les objectifs suivants, conformément à l’accord du 12 décembre 2015 sur le climat {note: RS 0.814.012} : a. réduction des émissions de gaz à effet de serre et utilisation de technologies d’émission négative; b. adaptation et protection face aux effets des changements climatiques; c. orientation des flux financiers de manière à les rendre compatibles avec un développement à faible émission capable de résister aux changements climatiques.

La presente legge ha lo scopo di stabilire i seguenti obiettivi, conformemente all’Accordo del 12 dicembre 2015 {note: RS 0.814.012} sul clima: a. riduzione delle emissioni di gas serra e impiego di tecnologie a emissioni negative; b. adattamento agli effetti dei cambiamenti climatici e protezione contro tali effetti; c. orientamento dei flussi finanziari verso uno sviluppo a basse emissioni di gas serra e resiliente ai cambiamenti climatici.
