Art. 8a

Die Verwaltungskommission behandelt Rechtsmittel gegen

gerichtsinterne Entscheide in Justizverwaltungsgeschäften ausser gegen

solche, die von ihr selbst oder vom Gesamtgericht stammen. § 38 VRG3

und §§ 12 Abs. 2, 13, 18, 20 und 21 dieser Verordnung gelten sinn-

gemäss.
