Art. 9
1 Die Einsicht in ein Aktenstück, insbesondere in ein Einver- b. Ausnahme
nahmeprotokoll, kann zur Wahrung wichtiger öffentlicher oder schutz-
würdiger privater Interessen oder im Interesse einer noch nicht abge-
schlossenen Untersuchung verweigert werden. Die Verweigerung ist in
den Akten zu vermerken und zu begründen.
2 Der wesentliche Inhalt eines Aktenstückes, in welches die Ein-
sicht verweigert wurde, soll jedoch insoweit mitgeteilt werden, als dies
ohne Verletzung der zu schützenden Interessen möglich ist. Bei münd-
licher Bekanntgabe ist ein Protokoll zu erstellen, das derjenige zu
unterzeichnen hat, der die Einsicht verlangt.
