34 1 Der Rekursentscheid umschreibt kurz den Tatbestand
und fasst die Erwägungen zusammen. Soweit der Darstellung des Tat-
bestandes und den Erwägungen der Vorinstanz zugestimmt wird, kann
auf sie verwiesen werden.
2 Der Rekursentscheid wird dem Rekurrenten, der Vorinstanz sowie
allfälligen weiteren am Rekursverfahren Beteiligten schriftlich zuge-
stellt. Andert die Rekursinstanz die Anordnung der unteren Instanz,
so sollen überdies all jene Personen den Rekursentscheid erhalten,
welche durch diese Erledigung in ihren schutzwürdigen Interessen
berührt werden.
