Die Fraktionen erhalten für die Deckung ihrer Kosten, insbe-
sondere für den Unterhalt ihres Sekretariats, einen jährlichen Grund-
beitrag von Fr. 43 000 und einen Zuschlag von Fr. 3000 pro Fraktions-
mitglied.
