§ 2 EGGSchG · Regierungsrat und kantonale Verwaltung
1. Der Kanton vollzieht das Gewässerschutzrecht des Bundes, soweit dieses Gesetz nicht die Gemeinde für den Vollzug als zuständig erklärt.
2. Der Regierungsrat bezeichnet eine Gewässerschutzfachstelle im Sinn von Artikel 49 Absatz 1 des Bundesgesetzes über den Schutz der Gewässer (Gewässerschutzgesetz, GSchG).
3. Er erlässt Verordnungen und Richtlinien, soweit sie für den Vollzug des Bundesrechts und dieses Gesetzes notwendig sind.
