§ 2 EGUSG · Regierungsrat
1. Der Regierungsrat hat die Aufsicht über den Vollzug des Umweltschutzes.
2. Er erlässt Verordnungen, soweit sie für den Vollzug des Bundesrechts und dieses Gesetzes notwendig sind.
3. Er bezeichnet die zuständige kantonale Behörde.
4. Er fördert die Zusammenarbeit mit andern Kantonen.
