Art. 1 ELKVF · Grundsätze
1. Ausgewiesene Krankheits- und Behinderungskosten werden den Bezügern einer jährlichen Ergänzungsleistung nach Artikel 14 ELG im Rahmen einer wirtschaftlichen und zweckmässigen Leistungserbringung vergütet.
2. Den Familienangehörigen entstandene Kosten, die in der Berechnung der jährlichen Ergänzungsleistung nicht mit eingeschlossen sind, werden nicht vergütet.
