1. Das Verzeichnis der Gefahrenquellen (Risikokataster) wird vom Amt für Umweltschutz und Energie geführt.
2. Die Inhaberinnen und Inhaber von gefährlichen Anlagen und Lagern müssen dem Amt für Umweltschutz und Energie alle Angaben liefern, die nach der Störfallverordnung (StFV) vom 27. Februar 1991 für einen Kurzbericht erforderlich sind.
3. Wenn nötig, kann das Amt für Umweltschutz und Energie zusätzliche Angaben verlangen.
