§ 32 PolG · Voraussetzungen der Sicherstellung von Sachen
1. Die Polizei Basel-Landschaft kann eine Sache sicherstellen, um
a. zu verhindern, dass damit eine Straftat begangen wird;
b. eine Gefahr abzuwehren;
c. den Eigentümer oder die Eigentümerin, den rechtmässigen Besitzer oder die Besitzerin vor Verlust oder Beschädigung der Sache zu schützen.
