§ 16 PolG · Polizeiliche Generalklausel

1. Fehlen besondere Bestimmungen, trifft die Polizei Basel-Landschaft jene Massnahmen, die zur Beseitigung einer erheblichen Störung oder zur Abwehr einer unmittelbar drohenden, erheblichen Gefährdung der öffentlichen Sicherheit und Ordnung sowie für Mensch, Tier und Umwelt notwendig sind.
