§ 64 Vertrag über die Aufnahme des bernischen Amtsbezirks Laufen und seiner Gemeinden Blauen, Brislach, Burg im Leimental, Dittingen, Duggingen, Grellingen, Laufen, Liesberg, Nenzlingen, Roggenburg, Röschenz, Wahlen, Zwingen in den Kanton Basel-Landschaft · Hängige Begehren vor Behörden des Kantons Bern
1. Über die Zuständigkeit für alle im Zeitpunkt des Inkrafttretens dieses Vertrages nicht entschiedenen Begehren, die bei einer Behörde des Kantons Bern eingereicht worden sind, die ihren Sitz ausserhalb des Bezirks Laufen hat, entscheidet die Rechtspflegekommission.
2. Für hängige Gesuche, die vor Inkrafttreten dieses Vertrages bei einer kantonalen Behörde im Bezirk Laufen, bei einer Gemeinde oder bei einem Gemeindeverband eingereicht worden sind, gilt § 11.
3. Für Baubewilligungen gilt § 69.
