Art. 8 Verordnung über die Rückerstattung der Verrechnungssteuer (VRV) · Verfahren

1. Die kantonale Steuerverwaltung prüft die eingereichten Anträge und eröffnet den Entscheid zusammen mit der Veranlagungsverfügung.

2. Wird dem Antrag nicht oder nicht in vollem Umfang entsprochen, begründet die kantonale Steuerverwaltung ihren Entscheid.
