Art. 18 Organisationsreglement des Verwaltungsgerichts (OrR VG) · Aufgaben und Organisation

1. Die sozialversicherungsrechtliche und die verwaltungsrechtliche Abteilung sowie die Abteilung für französischsprachige Geschäfte des Verwaltungsgerichts beurteilen die ihnen zugewiesenen Streitigkeiten und erfüllen weitere Aufgaben.

Die sozialversicherungsrechtliche Abteilung beurteilt neben den ihr durch das GSOG zugewiesenen Streitigkeiten auch jene aus dem Gebiet des Sozialhilferechts.

3. Die Abteilungen organisieren sich selbst, soweit die Organisation nicht durch das GSOG und durch dieses Reglement vorgegeben ist.

4. Organe der Abteilungen sind deren Präsidentin oder Präsident, die Abteilungskonferenz und die Spruchbehörde. Die Abteilungen können sich in Kammern gliedern.

5. Die Abteilungen sorgen für die sachgerechte Zuteilung der Eingänge auf die Instruktionsrichterinnen und Instruktionsrichter und Zusammensetzung des Spruchkörpers.

6. Zur Bildung des Spruchkörpers können Richterinnen und Richter aus anderen Abteilungen eingesetzt werden.
