Art. 96 Gesetz über die Verwaltungsrechtspflege (VRPG) · Frist

1. Das Revisionsbegehren muss innert 60 Tagen seit Entdeckung des Revisionsgrundes gestellt werden.

2. Nach Ablauf von 10 Jahren seit Eröffnung des Entscheides ist eine Abänderung oder Aufhebung eines Entscheides nur noch aus den in Artikel 95 Buchstabe a genannten Gründen zulässig.
