Art. 76 Gesetz über die Verwaltungsrechtspflege (VRPG) · 2 wegen Zuständigkeit anderer Instanzen

1. Die Verwaltungsgerichtsbeschwerde ist unzulässig gegen Verfügungen und Entscheide

a) des Grossen Rates und seiner Organe, soweit das Gesetz nichts anderes vorsieht,

b) des Obergerichts, ausgenommen gegen Verfügungen in Angelegenheiten der Justizverwaltung,

c*) der Rekurskommission für Massnahmen gegenüber Fahrzeugführerinnen und Fahrzeugführern, ausgenommen gegen Verfügungen in Angelegenheiten der Justizverwaltung,

c1*) der Rekurskommission der evangelisch-reformierten Landeskirche, ausgenommen gegen Verfügungen in Angelegenheiten der Justizverwaltung,

d-e*) ...

2. Gegen Verfügungen und Entscheide anderer Behörden ist die Verwaltungsgerichtsbeschwerde unzulässig, wenn diese Behörden nach dem Gesetz kantonal letztinstanzlich entscheiden.

3. Die Verwaltungsgerichtsbeschwerde ist ferner unzulässig gegen Verfügungen und Entscheide, die unmittelbar beim Bundesrat oder bei einer eidgenössischen Verwaltungsjustizbehörde angefochten werden können.
