Art. 74 Gesetz über die Verwaltungsrechtspflege (VRPG) · Grundsatz
1. Das Verwaltungsgericht beurteilt als letzte kantonale Instanz Beschwerden gegen Verfügungen und Entscheide, die sich auf öffentliches Recht stützen.
2. Es beurteilt ferner kantonal letztinstanzlich Beschwerden betreffend
a) kantonale Wahl- und Abstimmungssachen nach den Vorschriften des PRG,
a1) Wahl- und Abstimmungssachen der Landeskirchen,
b) kommunale Erlasse,
c) kommunale Wahl- und Abstimmungssachen,
d) kommunale Beschlüsse im Sinne von Artikel 60 Absatz 1 Buchstabe b Ziffer 3.
3. Für die Anfechtung von Zwischenverfügungen und Zwischenentscheiden gilt sinngemäss Artikel 61.
