Art. 62 Gesetz über die Verwaltungsrechtspflege (VRPG) · Direktion
1. Die in der Sache zuständige Direktion beurteilt Beschwerden gegen Verfügungen im Sinne von Artikel 60 Absatz 1 Buchstabe a
a) von ihr untergeordneten Verwaltungseinheiten (Ämtern, Abteilungen, Dienststellen), sofern nicht die Gesetzgebung ein Rechtsmittel unmittelbar an eine andere Rechtsmittelinstanz vorsieht,
b) *** der Regierungsstatthalterinnen und Regierungsstatthalter, soweit die Gesetzgebung es vorsieht,
c) der Behörden im Sinne von Artikel 2 Absatz 1 Buchstabe b, soweit die Gesetzgebung es vorsieht,
d) *** anderer kantonaler Behörden im Sinne von Artikel 2 Absatz 1 Buchstabe c, soweit die Gesetzgebung nicht eine andere Rechtsmittelinstanz vorsieht.
2. Die Direktion entscheidet als letzte kantonale Instanz, wenn es die Gesetzgebung vorsieht.
