Art. 53 Gesetz über die Verwaltungsrechtspflege (VRPG) · Grundsatz

1. Die Gesetzgebung kann vorsehen, dass gegen die Verfügung Einsprache zu erheben ist, bevor das Rechtsmittelverfahren offensteht. Die Rechtsmittelbelehrung hat darauf aufmerksam zu machen.

2. Für die Einsprachebefugnis und die aufschiebende Wirkung der Einsprache gelten sinngemäss die Bestimmungen zur Beschwerde.
