Art. 41 Gesetz über die Verwaltungsrechtspflege (VRPG) · Berechnung

1. Fristen, die durch eine Mitteilung, eine amtliche Publikation oder den Eintritt eines Ereignisses ausgelöst werden, beginnen am folgenden Tag zu laufen.

2. Ist der letzte Tag der Frist ein Samstag, ein Sonntag oder ein vom Bundesrecht oder vom kantonalen Recht anerkannter Feiertag, so endet sie am nächstfolgenden Werktag.

3. Besondere Fristbestimmungen des Bundesrechts sowie der Abstimmungs- und Wahlgesetzgebung bleiben vorbehalten.
