Art. 4 Gesetz über die Verwaltungsrechtspflege (VRPG) · Weiterleitung, Meinungsaustausch
1. Hält sich die angerufene Behörde für unzuständig, so leitet sie die Eingabe an die zuständige Verwaltungs- oder Verwaltungsjustizbehörde weiter und teilt dies dem Absender mit.
2. Hat sie Zweifel an ihrer Zuständigkeit, so pflegt sie einen Meinungsaustausch mit jener Behörde, deren Zuständigkeit in Frage kommt.
3. Die Absätze 1 und 2 gelten auch im Verhältnis zu Zivil- oder Strafgerichten, soweit diese über öffentlich-rechtliche Angelegenheiten, einschliesslich solcher, die in unmittelbarem Zusammenhang mit Zivil- oder Strafrecht stehen, zu entscheiden haben.
