Die Behörde weist unklare, weitschweifige, unvollständige, Sitte und Anstand verletzende oder nicht in einer der beiden Landessprachen bzw. nicht in der richtigen Amtssprache verfasste Eingaben zur Verbesserung bzw. Übersetzung zurück.
Sie setzt dazu eine kurze Nachfrist mit dem Hinweis darauf, dass die Eingabe als zurückgezogen gilt, wenn sie nicht innert der Frist wieder eingereicht wird.
Bei fristgebundenen Eingaben müssen Antrag und Begründung innert der Frist eingereicht sein.
