Art. 21 Gesetz über die Verwaltungsrechtspflege (VRPG) · Anhörung
1. Die Behörde hört die Parteien an, bevor sie verfügt oder entscheidet.
2. Sie kann darauf verzichten
a) bei nicht selbständig anfechtbaren Zwischenverfügungen oder Zwischenentscheiden;
b) wenn Gefahr im Verzuge ist;
c) soweit den Parteibegehren entsprochen wird;
d) bei Verfügungen, die mit Einsprache anfechtbar sind;
e) bei Vollstreckungsverfügungen.
