Art. 20 Gesetz über die Verwaltungsrechtspflege (VRPG) · Mitwirkung der Parteien
1. Wer aus einem Begehren eigene Rechte ableitet, ist verpflichtet, an der Feststellung des Sachverhalts mitzuwirken.
2. Verweigert er die Mitwirkung, so wird auf das Begehren nicht eingetreten, es sei denn, an dessen Behandlung bestehe ein öffentliches Interesse.
3. Im übrigen gelten die in der Gesetzgebung vorgesehenen besonderen Mitwirkungspflichten.
