Art. 17 Gesetz über die Verwaltungsrechtspflege (VRPG)
1. Betreffen getrennt eingereichte Eingaben den gleichen Gegenstand, so kann die instruierende Behörde die Verfahren vereinigen.
2. Die instruierende Behörde kann gemeinsam eingereichte Eingaben trennen, wenn sich aus der gemeinsamen Durchführung des Verfahrens Schwierigkeiten ergeben.
