Art. 14 Gesetz über die Verwaltungsrechtspflege (VRPG) · Beiladung und Intervention
Die instruierende Behörde lädt Dritte von Amtes wegen oder auf Antrag zum Verfahren bei, wenn deren schutzwürdige Interessen durch die Verfügung oder den Entscheid betroffen werden; dadurch wird die Verfügung oder der Entscheid auch für die Beigeladenen verbindlich.
Beigeladene haben im Verfahren Parteistellung.
Die Intervention Dritter ist nur im Klageverfahren zulässig; sie richtet sich nach den Vorschriften der Schweizerischen Zivilprozessordnung.
