1. Die Befugnis oder die Pflicht mehrerer Personen, in einem Verfahren Rechte gemeinsam geltend zu machen oder zu verteidigen, richtet sich sinngemäss nach den Vorschriften der Schweizerischen Zivilprozessordnung.
