1. Die Pflicht der Partei zur Nachzahlung infolge verbesserter wirtschaftlicher Verhältnisse richtet sich nach den Vorschriften der Schweizerischen Zivilprozessordnung und der Anwaltsgesetzgebung.
2. Über die Nachzahlung an den Kanton entscheidet die zuständige Stelle der Finanzdirektion durch Verfügung.
