Art. 112 Gesetz über die Verwaltungsrechtspflege (VRPG) · Verfahren und Rechtsmittel
1. Für den Entscheid über das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege werden keine Verfahrenskosten erhoben; die Anwältin oder der Anwalt wird bei amtlicher Beiordnung nach den besonderen Bestimmungen der Anwaltsgesetzgebung entschädigt. Der obsiegenden Gegenpartei im Gesuchsverfahren steht kein Parteikostenersatz zu.
2. Gesuch und Verfahren richten sich im Übrigen nach den Vorschriften der Schweizerischen Zivilprozessordnung.
3. Wird das Recht zur unentgeltliche Rechtspflege verweigert oder entzogen, so unterliegt dieser Entscheid dem gleichen Rechtsmittel wie die Sache selber. Absatz 1 ist sinngemäss anwendbar.
4. Die Anwältin oder der Anwalt sowie die vertretene Partei können den Entscheid über die Höhe der Entschädigung mit dem gleichen Rechtsmittel wie die Sache selber anfechten.
