Art. 11 Gesetz über die Verwaltungsrechtspflege (VRPG) · Prozessfähigkeit

1. Wer nach dem Zivilrecht handlungsfähig ist, kann seine Rechte als Partei selbständig vor den Behörden verfolgen und verteidigen.

2. Die in ihrer Handlungsfähigkeit beschränkten Personen sind befugt, mit Bezug auf die Rechte, die ihnen um ihrer Persönlichkeit willen zustehen, und die Rechtsgeschäfte, die sie nach den Bestimmungen des Zivilrechtes selbständig vornehmen können, vor den Behörden aufzutreten.
