Art. 101 Gesetz über die Verwaltungsrechtspflege (VRPG)

1. Tatsachen, die ein Einschreiten gegen eine Behörde als erforderlich erscheinen lassen, können der Aufsichtsbehörde angezeigt werden.

2. Wer anzeigt, hat vorbehältlich anderer Vorschrift keine Parteirechte, kann aber verlangen, dass ihm Auskunft über die Erledigung der Anzeige gegeben werde.
