Art. 100 Gesetz über die Verwaltungsrechtspflege (VRPG)
1. Ist ein Entscheid unvollständig oder unklar oder stehen seine Bestimmungen untereinander oder mit den Entscheidgründen im Widerspruch oder enthält er Redaktions- oder Rechnungsfehler, so nimmt die Verwaltungsjustizbehörde von Amtes wegen oder auf schriftliches Gesuch hin die nötige Erläuterung oder Berichtigung vor.
2. Das Gesuch um Erläuterung oder Berichtigung ist binnen 30 Tagen seit der Eröffnung des Entscheids zu stellen; zu seiner Erledigung brauchen die andern Parteien nicht angehört zu werden.
3. Das Gesuch um Erläuterung oder Berichtigung hemmt den Lauf der Rechtsmittelfrist nicht.
4. Der erläuterte oder berichtigte Entscheid ersetzt den ursprünglichen.
5. Im übrigen gilt Artikel 98 sinngemäss.
