Art. 8 Verordnung über die Gebühren der Kantonsverwaltung (Gebührenverordnung; GebV) · 2 Tarif nach Zeitaufwand

1. Der Tarif nach Zeitaufwand beträgt nach dem für die konkrete Verrichtung gebotenen Aufwand für Arbeiten von Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern der Kantonsverwaltung

a) der Gehaltsklassen 1 bis 11: 70 Taxpunkte pro Stunde;

b) der Gehaltsklassen 12 bis 17: 90 Taxpunkte pro Stunde;

c) der Gehaltsklassen 18 bis 23: 120 Taxpunkte pro Stunde;

d) der Gehaltsklassen 24 bis 30: 170 Taxpunkte pro Stunde.

2. Er entspricht einer für die ganze Verwaltung durchschnittlichen vollen Kostendeckung. In den Anhängen kann für bestimmte Dienstleistungen ein reduzierter Tarif nach Zeitaufwand vorgesehen werden.

3. Behörden, die eine eigene Kostenrechnung führen, können abweichende Stundenansätze anwenden.
