1. Für eine Instruktionsverhandlung oder einen Augenschein wird zusätzlich eine Gebühr von 150 bis 600 Taxpunkten erhoben.
2. Die gesamte Pauschalgebühr kann angemessen erhöht werden, wenn mehrere Parteien gemeinsam Beschwerde führen.
